Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-26

This policy covers the BuildWire Calc app (iPhone, iPad and Android) and the buildwirecalc.com website. The short version: the app does not collect any data, and the website has no accounts, forms or uploads.

Who is responsible

This app and website are operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC. For any privacy-related inquiries, please contact support@buildwirecalc.com.

The BuildWire Calc app

  • The app does not collect any data. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not send anything you enter to us or to anyone else, and it does not need an internet connection to work.
  • Everything stays on your device. Your favourites, saved jobs, history and settings are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes them, and Settings has an “Erase all saved data” button.
  • Sharing is your choice. When you export a PDF, CSV or text, the app hands it to your phone’s share sheet and you choose where it goes. We do not see it.
  • Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
  • Children. The app is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13.
  • Changes. If this ever changes, for example if a feature needs data to leave the device, we will update this page and the app’s store listing before the change takes effect.

What we collect

There are no accounts, sign-ups, comment sections or web forms. If you email us, we receive the address and the message you send and use them only to reply and to keep a record of corrections.

The web server our host operates records standard technical data for each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser name) for security and to keep the site running. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

We do not show advertising on this website. If we ever add visit statistics or advertising, we will describe them here first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data about you, to data portability where it applies, and to complain to your data protection authority. Residents of California and some other US states have similar rights to know, delete and correct personal information. We do not sell personal information. Because the app collects nothing and we hold no accounts, we can usually only identify data you have emailed us; write to support@buildwirecalc.com and we will act on your request.

Retention and security

Email is kept only as long as needed to handle your message. The website is served over HTTPS.
