Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-10-26

All services provided on this website are owned and operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC.

By using buildwirecalc.com or the BuildWire Calc app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What the calculators are, and are not

BuildWire Calc does arithmetic on the numbers you enter and shows an estimate for planning. It is not engineering, electrical, structural or legal advice and does not replace the applicable electrical or building code (such as the NEC or IRC), local rules, manufacturer data or a qualified professional. Check critical sizing before you build, buy or energise anything. You are responsible for how you use the results.

What you make with the app

The results, saved jobs and exports you produce are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use and reports for clients. You may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the app, this website or their code as a competing service.

Purchases

The app is free to download. Pro features are bought inside the app as a one-time purchase or a yearly subscription, handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms; a subscription renews until you cancel it in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store.

No warranty

We test the calculators against independently worked examples, but mistakes can happen. The app and the site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use or from decisions based on their results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Content and licences

The design, text and code are © SKYSEED TECH LLC. Third-party material is listed with its licence on the credits page, and that licence applies to it.

Changes and contact

We may update the app, the site and these terms at any time; the date below the title shows the latest change. Questions: support@buildwirecalc.com. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
